Job Description

At Lubbock Electric Company, we are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Project Coordinator to play a critical role in the successful completion and profitability of projects at customer locations.

The Electromechanical Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing the quote to cash process for the company's electromechanical field service teams, negotiating customer purchase orders, and creating vendor purchase orders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the quote to cash process for the company's electromechanical field service teams
  • Negotiating customer purchase orders and creating vendor purchase orders
  • Scheduling the right technicians to the right jobs
  • Driving profitability by communicating expectations of time and progress to the on-site service technicians
  • Monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
  • Communicating with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
  • Ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements
  • Analyzing all material and labor costs and billing the customer accordingly
  • Tracking customer satisfaction and assisting with account collections where necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience or a degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field where planning, scheduling, execution, and profitability are critical
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical and inquisitive skills
  • Computer and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel proficiency
  • Strong business acumen and sound judgment
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow established procedures and protocols
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eligibility to work in the USA

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Work Environment:

Working conditions are normal for a repair shop and manufacturing environment.

Pay Range: $24 to $28 per hour based on qualifications and quality of references.
