About the Job

Aerotek is seeking skilled individuals to join our team as Assembly Line Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for operating hand tools, working from blueprints, and manufacturing products based on work orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate hand tools and machinery to manufacture products
  • Work from blueprints and instructions to complete tasks
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Inspect product quality and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $19.00 - $22.00 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
