- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in accounts receivable operations.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze and report on accounts receivable metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- 4+ years of experience: In accounts receivable, collections, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills: Ability to lead and mentor a team of professionals.
- Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
