Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients, while also growing existing relationships.
  • Insurance Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide expert advice to clients on insurance products and risk management strategies.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including producers, account executives, and underwriters, to ensure seamless delivery of insurance solutions to clients.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain a strong understanding of risk management principles to minimize exposure for the bank and its clients.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required; degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, with a strong track record of client relationship management and business development.
  • Professional Certifications: Property/Casualty license required; CISR designation a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic plans.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $72,000 - $124,686 per year, commensurate with experience, plus potential for annual merit increases. In addition to your salary, you will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) with generous match, pension, tuition reimbursement, and banking discounts.
