Your Responsibilities

  • Manage hot and cold food stations efficiently.
  • Prepare daily and weekly food items.
  • Assist in production for other locations.
  • Learn and execute menu items.
  • Perform opening and closing kitchen tasks.
  • Follow the prep list provided by chefs to organize duties.
  • Label and stock ingredients for easy access.
  • Measure and prepare ingredients for cooking.
  • Execute basic cooking tasks, such as reducing sauces and parboiling.
  • Prepare simple dishes, including salads and entrees.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen by washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Ensure proper storage of food and supplies.
  • Adhere to nutrition and sanitation standards.
  • Complete additional kitchen tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume kitchen.
  • A valid Food Handlers Certification is required prior to starting.
