About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance and profitability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services with other store operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Recruit, train, and develop pharmacy staff to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited institution.
  • Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules, including evenings and weekends.
