Leoforce is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Ambulatory Specialty to join our team. As an Ambulatory Specialty Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory setting, including infusion therapy and home health agency experience.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Current RN license in the appropriate state.
- Minimum of one year clinical experience in infusion therapy and/or home health agency.
- High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
- Additional Skills: Appropriate customer service, effective and appropriate customer relations, verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, interpersonal relationship skills, conflict resolution, critical thinking and computer literacy.
