Job Summary

Leoforce is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Ambulatory Specialty to join our team. As an Ambulatory Specialty Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory setting, including infusion therapy and home health agency experience.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in the appropriate state.
  • Minimum of one year clinical experience in infusion therapy and/or home health agency.
  • High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.
  • Additional Skills: Appropriate customer service, effective and appropriate customer relations, verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, interpersonal relationship skills, conflict resolution, critical thinking and computer literacy.
