About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Vending Technician to join our team at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Pewaukee, WI. As a Vending Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, setup, repair, and ongoing maintenance of vending, cooling, and fountain equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and set up new vending equipment, ensuring proper functioning and optimal performance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vending machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
  • Refurbish new and used equipment in our service shop, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Conduct daily vehicle safety checks to ensure safe operation of assigned vehicles.
  • Educate customers on basic equipment repair and upkeep procedures, promoting a positive customer experience.

Shift and Schedule:

  • Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 6:30am until finished.
  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required.

About You:

We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong ability to interact with people, a willingness to learn, and a preference for hands-on work.

Total Rewards:

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $24.08, with a potential increase to $25.36 after 6 months.
  • Benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, paid time off, 401k with company match, tuition reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement, subject to eligibility and collective bargaining agreements.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
  • 1 year of vending and face-to-face customer interaction experience.
  • EPA certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 40 lbs repeatedly.
