Job Title: Developmental Therapy Direct Care Staff

Job Summary:

Developmental Concepts, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Staff to join our team. As a Direct Care Staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and small group support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Encourage and support individuals in their personal goals and aspirations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
