Position Summary:
The Corporate Nurse Educator is integral to delivering internal expertise and educational guidance across all DiaMedical initiatives. This multifaceted role encompasses various business sectors, ensuring that the technical and clinical knowledge required for our clientele, department leaders, and strategic planning is effectively communicated and implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Education & Product Support:
- Design, execute, and evaluate educational programs related to products and services.
- Provide insights and knowledge regarding the DiaMedical product offerings.
- Assist Customer Service and Sales teams in addressing product-related inquiries from clients.
- Corporate Nurse and Board Engagement:
- Oversee external communications and foster relationships with organizations in healthcare education and simulation.
- Establish connections with key Nursing Centers to maintain DiaMedical's credibility in the healthcare education sector.
- Product Support:
- Support Customer Service and Sales teams in managing product-related customer questions.
- Medical Marketing:
- Review and edit marketing materials to ensure they are suitable for the target audience and accurate in medical content.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of digital content, including website and social media materials.
- Engage in the assessment and development of new products, expanding the existing product line.
- Assist in selecting participation in trade shows and represent DiaMedical as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a Nursing-related discipline with at least 5 years of healthcare experience.
- Current RN licensure is required.
- Master's degree in Nursing is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledgeable about current nursing practices and healthcare standards.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills for effective communication across various organizational levels.
- Adept at assessing needs, delivering training, and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
