Route Sales Representative

The Route Sales Representative plays a vital role in supporting the Service Department in meeting customer needs through up-selling and cross-selling, as well as providing exceptional customer service. This position involves covering routes and performing service-related tasks as required, reporting to the District Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
- Learn and support all routes.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Running routes as needed for holidays, vacations, or other vacancies.
- Assisting in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training, and other tasks assigned by supervision.
- Soliciting new customers, up-selling and cross-selling, and ensuring a profitable product mix.
- Actively participating in promotions and contests, training, and audits.
- Following company policies and procedures regarding new customers, managing customer needs, and all aspects of service.
- Ensuring customer loyalty and outstanding customer service.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to comprehend and follow direction, with good time management skills and a team player attitude.
- Recognition of colors, sizes, and types of product, with accurate counting and mathematical skills.
