We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Madison Wood Preservers, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and are looking for a challenging role that offers opportunities for growth and development.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year

In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on stationary and rolling equipment. You will also assist with general facilities maintenance as needed.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of experience in a maintenance or mechanical role, and basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. They will also be able to operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment, and have a willingness to learn and grow into specialized maintenance roles.

This position may require overtime as needed to ensure prompt delivery of maintenance to critical production operations. The employee will also be required to be on-call a minimum of once a week from 3:30 PM to 9 PM.
