Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and manufacturing processes. You will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve equipment-related issues, perform scheduled maintenance tasks, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and develop effective solutions
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless operation of manufacturing processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
