About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Multitasking Specialist to join our team at VitalSkin Dermatology. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and comprehensive care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to dermatology providers
  • Assist with medical and cosmetic procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and procedures
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; LPN or RN licensure preferred
  • At least one year of experience in dermatology and/or cosmetic surgery; scribing experience a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in computer software, including EMR systems (ModMed EMA or comparable)
  • CPR/BLS and Bloodborne Pathogen Certification preferred
  • Basic typing, computer, English, and mathematical skills required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
