Job Summary:

The Weekend Nursing Supervisor will work closely with our nursing team to provide oversight and support on weekends. This role requires a strong understanding of geriatric care principles and the ability to lead a team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team on weekends
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care
  • Monitor and report any changes in resident conditions
  • Administer basic resident care and treatments as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
  • Current Massachusetts RN or LPN licensure
  • Experience in geriatric care or long-term care preferred
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
  • Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 20 pounds unassisted
