What does an Automotive Brand Consultant at Hoffman Auto Group do?- Role Objective: Tasked with selling both new and/or pre-owned vehicles while meeting dealership gross, volume, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
- Individual Contribution: This position emphasizes personal performance rather than overseeing a team.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly reports to identify activities necessary for achieving personal objectives.
- Monitor daily tasks such as showroom inquiries and online leads to remain aligned with monthly targets.
- Complete all daily responsibilities including CRM tasks and following up with customers.
- Maintain the CRM system to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Generate customer prospect opportunities beyond walk-in traffic.
- Conduct vehicle handovers and showcase features to clients.
- Stay informed about automotive industry developments and uphold superior customer satisfaction ratings.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changes with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong communication skills and effective problem-solving capabilities.
