About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SSRS Developer to join our team at Gainwell Technologies. As a key member of our business intelligence team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying SSRS reports for internal business teams and our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with IT staff and business stakeholders to create, maintain, and support analytic reports and BI dashboards in a compliant, regulated environment.
  • Escalate concerns to project management or Team Lead, assist in determining best practices, and provide suggestions on how to improve current practices.
  • Support required data integration, reporting, and transformation processes crucial to the implementation and function of the Gainwell Medicaid Fiscal Agent services product.
  • Serve as a team leader, coordinating team members' activities, research on reporting tasks, requirement analysis, design of data specifications, and mapping documents.
  • Ability to effectively track team progress and report to Gainwell leaders, clients, and partners.
  • Lead data analyst will use SQL to build complex queries and refine those queries into reports within the SSRS tool.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of applications development and programming experience with Microsoft SQL Server BI Suite - SSRS and MS SQL Scripting.
  • 3+ years SQL Server version 2014 or higher experience.
  • Experience in a Healthcare IT working with claims, member, and provider data strongly desired.
  • Analytical skills in a SQL environment.
  • Experience with QNXT or FACETS Healthcare Payer Platforms preferred.
