Job Title: VP of Marketing

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Marketing to lead our company's marketing vision and growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market strategies that drive organic growth through current clients, MSSPs, and Channel Partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Shape the corporate marketing strategy and oversee demand and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Manage the marketing budget and oversee the development of content for various channels.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to maximize sales and create high-quality top-of-funnel opportunities.
  • Lead content direction and messaging projects for current and future products and services.
  • Monitor and improve marketing campaigns to ensure optimal performance.
  • Spearhead the rollout of incentive projects, such as referral programs, to drive commercial growth.
  • Launch industry-specific events and attend relevant conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role.
  • Experience with Cyber Security product or services companies or SaaS environments is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive significant commercial growth.
  • Previous experience managing a marketing team and overseeing demand and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
  • Outstanding content marketing expertise.
  • Experience managing a website and working with third-party suppliers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
