**Job Summary**
NxEdge, an Enpro company, is a leading provider of vertically integrated solutions to the Semiconductor market. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand production requirements.
- Program and set up CNC machines to manufacture metal work pieces to precise specifications.
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
- Tend to one or more machine tools, special-purpose machines, or industrial robots to machine metal work pieces to specification.
- Lift and secure work pieces in fixtures or load automatic feeding devices.
- Start machines, engage feeds, and monitor operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Inspect and measure machined work pieces to verify conformance to specifications.
- May file, sand, or shape machined parts using hand tools and power tools.
- May clean machined parts using de-greasing tanks or solvents and rags.
- Maintain production quality and adhere to company standards.
- Ability to read and interpret Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specifications.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machining or completion of an apprenticeship or college certificate program.
- Basic computer skills, including navigating software and operating systems.
- Ability to read and write G&M programming codes.
**Physical Demands:**
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely and efficiently.
