**Job Summary**

NxEdge, an Enpro company, is a leading provider of vertically integrated solutions to the Semiconductor market. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand production requirements.
  • Program and set up CNC machines to manufacture metal work pieces to precise specifications.
  • Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and quality.
  • Tend to one or more machine tools, special-purpose machines, or industrial robots to machine metal work pieces to specification.
  • Lift and secure work pieces in fixtures or load automatic feeding devices.
  • Start machines, engage feeds, and monitor operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Inspect and measure machined work pieces to verify conformance to specifications.
  • May file, sand, or shape machined parts using hand tools and power tools.
  • May clean machined parts using de-greasing tanks or solvents and rags.
  • Maintain production quality and adhere to company standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) specifications.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machining or completion of an apprenticeship or college certificate program.
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating software and operating systems.
  • Ability to read and write G&M programming codes.

**Physical Demands:**

  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds safely and efficiently.
