- Understand technical requirements of customers and work closely with internal development teams to guide product offerings and drive business growth.
- Prepare and present business reviews to senior management team regarding progress and roadblocks to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and liaison with legal groups to drive business outcomes.
- 7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
- 10+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.
- 5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems experience.
- Experience developing detailed go-to-market plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
