Job Title: Cloud Engineer - Systems

RSekure is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer - Systems to join our team in Chantilly, VA. As a Cloud Engineer - Systems, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based systems and infrastructure for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud-based systems and infrastructure using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and other cloud computing technologies.
  • Analyze user needs and develop effective cloud computing solutions.
  • Assist in creating systems design patterns and practices, development practices, and system and data interoperability practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud-based systems and infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in AWS and cloud computing technologies.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud-based systems and infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executives and senior managers.
  • Knowledge of service-oriented architecture principles and related methodologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in a related technical position.
  • Relevant technical certifications (CompTIA Sec+, Net+, etc.) are a bonus.
Work Environment:

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a typical office setting with minimal supervision. The employee will be required to sit at a workstation for extended periods, use hand(s) to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear, see to read printed materials and computer screens, and mobility to work in a typical office setting.
