Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at Hogan Grille. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner
  • Serve food and beverages to guests
  • Pour coffee and water for guests when required
  • Ensure condiments are amply supplied on the guest table prior to seating
  • Restock guest dining and service areas
  • Clean and reset tables
  • Complete daily and weekly cleaning sheets
  • Forward guest concerns to the applicable wait staff person or supervisor
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum 6 months of related and verifiable work experience as a server required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner
  • Ability to work with limited supervision
  • Effective communication skills
  • Presentation of a clean and professional image
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work on one's feet for long periods of time.
