At Adyen, we're looking for a Compliance Monitoring Officer to join our fast-paced Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our compliance monitoring program is executed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of the annual compliance monitoring program
  • Develop and implement monitoring methodologies for first-line business processes
  • Execute second-line quality assurance testing procedures in line with the compliance monitoring program
  • Create, plan, and execute new quality assurance programs
  • Drive the development of efficient and data-based monitoring solutions
  • Collaborate with the Compliance team on the further development of the compliance program
  • Advise the business on enhancements to compliance procedures as required
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in a second-line compliance function and/or internal/external audit function
  • Well-established knowledge of the finance and/or payment industry
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to draft and monitor relevant policies
  • Solid interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
