About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BCBA Clinical Manager to join our team at NeurAbilities Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the management of clinical operations and quality assurance within our site location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Directly supervise BCBAs in the practice and work collaboratively with the on-site Practice Manager to manage the intake/onboarding of new staff members and new clients.
  • Ensure all clients receive the highest quality treatment in a timely and ethical manner.
  • Manage the quality of all client programs and jointly lead the overall leadership and growth of the clinic with the site's Practice Manager.
  • Develop and implement training and professional development opportunities for clinical staff.
  • Provide clinical guidance and training to clinical and operations staff as needed.
  • Handle sensitive employee relations issues with integrity.
  • Execute NeurAbilities clinical policies and procedures in line with the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code, applicable license code of ethics, and regulations.
  • Review, monitor, and evaluate treatment integrity of clinical team to ensure optimal implementation of treatment protocols.
  • Maintain a reduced clinical caseload, involving direct assessment and treatment of clients.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or PhD in ABA or related field.
  • Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D).
  • Behavior Specialist/BCBA License for assigned state(s).
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with clients with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
  • Expert knowledge of scientifically validated methodologies and approaches found to benefit individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Experience using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland, and QABF.
  • Maintain CEU requirement and BCBA credential with Behavior Analytic Certification Board (BACB).
