We are seeking a highly skilled BCBA Clinical Manager to join our team at NeurAbilities Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the management of clinical operations and quality assurance within your site location.
Key Responsibilities- Directly supervise BCBAs in the practice and work collaboratively with the on-site Practice Manager to manage the intake/onboarding of new staff members and new clients.
- Ensure all clients receive the highest quality treatment in a timely and ethical manner.
- Manage the quality of all client programs and jointly lead the overall leadership and growth of the clinic with the site's Practice Manager.
- Provide clinical guidance and training to clinical and operations staff as needed.
- Execute NeurAbilities clinical policies and procedures in line with the BACB Professional and Ethical Compliance Code, applicable license code of ethics, and regulations.
- Master's Degree or PhD in ABA or related field.
- Board certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA, BCBA-D).
- Behavior Specialist/BCBA License for assigned state(s).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working with clients with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
- Competitive salary based on years of experience and skill set.
- Quarterly Bonus Income Opportunities.
- $1,000.00 CEU stipend and additional PTO time for conference attendance.
- Weekly clinical meetings and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- 20 days of PTO, 1 Floating Holiday (Joy Day), plus 7 paid holidays for qualified employees.
- Benefit package which offers medical, dental, and vision insurance (lowest cost medical plan is $.50 biweekly).
