Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipping activities within the company’s management systems.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for shipping and receiving, including bills of lading and shipping notices.
  • Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data integrity.
  • Support process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Engage in forklift operations as required, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and recommendations for operational enhancements.

Education and Experience:
