The target base salary range for this role is $17.00-$20.00 per hour, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that rewards individual and company performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Results: Meet individual and branch sales goals as well as customer expectations.
    • Develop Relationships: Establish new relationships and maintain existing ones with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle.
      • Present Financial Solutions: Offer tailored financial solutions based on customer needs to meet their goals.
        • Promote Insurance Products: Present optional insurance products to customers.
          • Customer Education: Educate customers on loan terms and conditions to ensure clear understanding.
            • Credit Underwriting Techniques: Learn how to utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools.
              • Loan Management: Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, while complying with laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience is preferred.

Work Schedule:

This is an on-site position with standard business hours from Monday to Friday, with some extended hours during the week as needed, potentially including Saturdays.
