Inspire is in search of a visionary leader to oversee daily operations and guide the organization towards achieving the objectives outlined in its Strategic Plan.

Inspire (Orange County Cerebral Palsy Association, Inc.) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing educational services and support for children with disabilities, as well as community resources for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Established in 1950, Inspire operates educational preschools in various locations while maintaining its headquarters in Goshen, NY.

Collaborating with ADAPT Community Network, Inspire is affiliated with the Cerebral Palsy Association of New York State and is a member of the Hudson Valley Service Providers.

Minimum Qualifications:

◦ A master's degree (MA, MS, MPHA) or an equivalent advanced degree in a field pertinent to human services or education; and/or certification or licensure in New York State to provide evaluations or related services for students with disabilities as per NYSED regulations.

◦ Over 5 years of leadership experience in non-profit management, with a solid understanding of special education and human services operations.

◦ Residing within a reasonable distance to the organization's programs.

◦ A proficient communicator and relationship builder with a track record of leading diverse teams, formulating organization-wide strategies for program excellence, engaging community stakeholders, and collaborating with a Board of Directors.

◦ Deeply committed to Inspire's mission, capable of advocating and conveying the philosophy, mission, and values of Inspire to both external and internal audiences.

Compensation: The salary range is $140,000-$180,000, based on experience. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, 401k and 457 plans with employer contributions, mobile phone, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, and access to additional plans.

This is a full-time role that necessitates on-site presence.
