Job Title: Aesthetic Sales Specialist

Radiance Medspa is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Aesthetic Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating clients on our medical skin care and cosmetic procedures, and driving sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Educate clients on our customized aesthetic services and home care solutions, highlighting the benefits and value of our products and services.
  • Utilize sales and marketing techniques to drive new business, including but not limited to, referral programs, social media, and community events.
  • Schedule appointments, check-in and check-out clients, and respond to new client leads via email, text, or phone.
  • Conduct direct phone calls and email outreach to clients with retention opportunities, with the goal of scheduling appointments.
  • Meet and/or exceed individual key performance metrics, including sales, retail, rebook, and retention goals.
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure they receive the best, most comprehensive care from Radiance.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two (2) consultative sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Aesthetic sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated strong sales skills, including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections.
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods, including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping.
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
