As a key member of our design-build residential & commercial remodeler, you'll work closely with clients, project managers, and construction teams to design and implement beautiful, functional interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with clients to uncover their unique style and create designs that reflect their personality and lifestyle.
* Develop imaginative and stylish concepts that transform ordinary rooms into extraordinary spaces with perfect color palettes, layouts, and textures.
* Use mood boards and selection presentations to bring your design visions to life and make clients fall in love with their future space.
* Hand-pick the finest materials and finishes that not only wow but also stay within budget.
* Collaborate with the team and supplier partners to ensure your design vision becomes a reality, creating beautiful spaces one room at a time.
* Visit project sites to ensure everything is coming together as envisioned and make adjustments on the fly to keep things perfect.
* Tackle any challenges that pop up during the project with creative solutions that keep the magic alive.
* Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest interior design trends, materials, and innovations—your creativity will always be on point.
* Present your designs with confidence and flair, keeping clients excited and engaged throughout the process.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in residential interior design, preferably in remodeling.
* Strong portfolio showcasing residential interior design work.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with clients and construction teams.
* Ability to adapt to changing design trends and project needs.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience with project management or construction-related software.
* Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.
* Experience with design software (e.g., SketchUp).
* Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
* Certification (e.g., NCIDQ, LEED) is a plus
