Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Center Director to join our team at KidStrong Eagan. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting the overall functioning of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Regional Center Director in managing all KidStrong sales goals.
  • Drive membership sales through outbound phone calls to interested families.
  • Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service for our children and families.
  • Organize and coordinate KidStrong events such as birthday parties, camps, and Parents Night Out.
  • Ensure that front desk systems are followed.
  • Assist with planning and promoting out of center events.
  • Able to teach KidStrong classes, if needed.
Requirements
  • Love for children is a must.
  • Strong sales mentality and comfortability with outbound sales efforts.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least three evenings per week and weekends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
