Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze and assess training and development needs, as well as understand and modify PLC logic and VFDs
