Customer Service Specialist

Job Summary
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their journey in the cannabis industry. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and empathy to provide an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to work effectively with customers, management, and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in retail or sales, and be familiar with cash handling procedures. This position will work up to 25 hours per week and may require availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers
* Educate customers on the benefits and potential side effects of various products
* Facilitate customer purchases while adhering to State regulations
* Maintain a clean and well-stocked workstation throughout the shift
* Perform additional duties as assigned by Management
Required Skills and Qualifications
* High-school diploma or equivalent required; experience in retail and/or customer service preferred
* Must be at least 21 years old (or 18 years old in CT, PA, and WV)
* Prior experience in cash handling is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Familiarity with electronic equipment, such as computers and telecommunication devices
* Valid driver's license and clear driving record required for Delivery Driver role
* Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Estimated Salary Range
Based on your exceptional customer service skills, extensive knowledge of cannabis products, and experience in cash handling, we estimate this role offers a competitive salary range of $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
