About the Role

As a Customer Account Advisor, you will work with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and navigate difficult conversations.

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining updated customer information in the store computer system
  • Documenting all customer payment appointments
  • Selling customers on the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
  • Assisting the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
  • Performing various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid state driver's license (for those living in the United States) or equivalent (for those living in Canada)
  • Two years of retail/customer service experience (preferably)
  • High School diploma or equivalent (preferably)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without help and up to 300 pounds with assistance
