Role Overview
As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying trends and opportunities to enhance complex programs and processes. Utilizing Lean-Six Sigma methodologies, process transformation techniques, and analytical evaluation tools, you will work to close process gaps and support ongoing growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes through effective process improvement recommendations, cost reduction strategies, and the establishment of relevant process metrics and controls.
  • Lead small to medium complexity projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring that successful business outcomes are the primary measure of project success.
  • Drive efforts to mitigate execution risks and achieve desired business results.
  • Facilitate communication with other program/project managers and stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective collaboration.
  • Research, analyze, and consult on complex performance data to derive business and analytical value, championing organizational initiatives with stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on current and emerging trends relevant to your responsibilities, assessing their impact and collaborating with management to integrate these developments into future solutions.
  • Provide coaching to leadership and designated personnel on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies, ensuring sustainability and effective project execution.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
  • 5-7 years of directly related experience.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Robotic Process Automation Tools, including UiPath Task Capture, UiPath Task Mining, and UiPath Automation Hub, as well as the Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.).
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
