About the Role:
Rainier Springs, a leading provider of behavioral health services, is seeking a skilled Outpatient Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality psychotherapy and counseling services to patients struggling with psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure
- State licensure per state requirements
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients
