Qualifications:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED. Experience in an infant/toddler/preschool setting is preferred. An Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development from an accredited institution is also preferred.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily based in a preschool setting with moderate exposure to various activities. The role requires physical engagement, including diapering, participating in daily activities, and providing care for children with special needs.

Additional Requirements:
Candidates must hold a valid state driver's license and comply with childcare regulations. CPR/First Aid Certification is required or must be obtained. The ability to lift up to 35 pounds and actively participate in outdoor activities is essential.
