**Compensation**

We offer a competitive salary range of $83,640 - $92,004 per year, with the opportunity to earn additional incentives based on specific base needs. This includes a potential sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 and a retention bonus of $40,000 after three years of service.

 

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled AEL Helicopter Pilot to join our team. As a member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring all aircraft operations are conducted safely and in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies.

 

**Key Responsibilities**

• Operate aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, emphasizing compliance with the Rotorcraft Flight Manual
 • Monitor weather forecasts and current conditions to ensure safe flight operations
 • Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections to identify any discrepancies or issues
 • Report to work rested and prepared, staying informed of weather and forecast changes throughout the shift

 

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• At least 2000 hours of total flight time
 • 1500 hours of helicopter experience
 • 1000 hours of helicopter pilot-in-command experience
 • 500 hours of turbine experience
 • 100 hours of night unaided flight time, or 50 hours of night unaided flight time with an additional 100 hours of aided flight time
