Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Rotor Wing Pilot to join our team of emergency medical experts. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of Company aircraft.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $83,640 - $92,004, depending on experience. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 and a retention bonus of up to $40,000 after three years. • Operate aircraft in compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations, Air Evac EMS Operations Manual, and all state and municipal regulations.
• Monitor weather conditions and forecast changes to ensure safe flight operations.
• Conduct pre-flight checks to identify any discrepancies and notify maintenance of necessary repairs.
• Stay current with weather and forecast changes throughout the shift.

• Total flight time: 2000 hours
• Helicopter time: 1500 hours
• Helicopter pilot-in-command time: 1000 hours
• Turbine time: 500 hours
• Night unaided flight time: 100 hours or night aided flight time: 50 hours with 100 hours of aided flight time
