About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Penhaligon's Boutique in Soho. As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales through personalized product recommendations.

About the Role
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to make personalized product recommendations.
  • Drive sales through effective product knowledge, recommending suitable products to customers based on their preferences and needs.
  • Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented, with products displayed attractively and in line with Penhaligon's standards.
  • Assist with inventory control, stock replenishment, and managing product displays.
  • Collaborate with the store team to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for customers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail, preferably within luxury or fragrance sectors.
  • Passion for high-end products and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and create an immersive shopping experience.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a commitment to meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, as required.
  • A team player with a positive, outgoing personality.
