As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the training and development of team members, leading and assisting on projects assigned by the Branch Manager, and maintaining positive customer relations by visiting accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the training and development of team members
  • Leading and assisting on projects assigned by the Branch Manager

  • Recognizing needs for equipment upgrades and scheduling installations of new vending machines
  • Supporting company programs and branch goals
  • Monitoring inventory percentages, direct labor costs, waste percentages, inventory levels, and consumption
  • Addressing customer inquiries/complaints within 24 hours
  • Performing other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
  • Previous vending experience is preferred
  • Previous management experience required
  • Ability to manage financials and achieve goals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow workers and customers
  • Ability to effectively work independently and utilize time efficiently
  • Problem solver
  • Valid Driver's License with good driving history
