Position Overview:
Technology, Inc. is currently seeking an Electromechanical Assembler II to join our dynamic production team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducts both basic and complex assembly tasks on electronic and electro-mechanical components, adhering to company quality standards and client specifications.
  • Assists in the creation and wiring of engineering prototypes and contributes to the formulation of assembly techniques and wiring documentation.
  • Utilizes hand and power tools to adjust, fit, and align components accurately.
  • May provide guidance and training to junior assemblers.
  • Interprets wiring diagrams and assembly instructions, and executes work orders with the aid of visual references, engineering change notices, and schematics.
  • Handles rework processes for test failures in line with established repair protocols and may operate automated assembly equipment.

Physical Requirements:
The role requires frequent standing, walking, and manual dexterity to handle tools and components. The employee must be able to reach with hands and arms.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma with 1-2 years of experience in production or assembly environments.
  • Capability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
