Community Living Services Supervisor

Our residential programs provide a supportive living environment for individuals with behavioral health needs. As a Residential Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of these programs.
About the Position:
- This is a full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week
- You will work closely with program staff, supervisors, and other stakeholders to achieve program goals
- You will be required to travel between program sites and attend meetings as necessary
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train program staff on assigned caseloads
- Manage employee performance, including hiring, training, discipline, and evaluation
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and participate in inspections
- Conduct regular audits and implement corrective action plans as needed
- Ensure program operations meet or exceed budget requirements
- Develop and recommend systems to improve coordination across programs
- Foster effective relationships with clients, families, and community partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Three years' experience working with youth or adults with behavioral health issues
- Prior experience coordinating or managing group homes is preferred
- Valid CT driver's license and good driving record
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience
