Residential Program Lead

Community Options Residential Services Inc is seeking a dedicated and experienced Residence Supervisor to join our team in Bristol, Connecticut.
This 40-hours per week Full-Time position involves supervising individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential program. The ideal candidate will have experience in human services, preferably in a supervisory role.
Schedule: Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 3pm, Monday to Wednesday from 12pm to 8pm, with on-call weekends and Thursdays and Fridays off.
We offer a competitive salary of up to $21.03 per hour, along with an attractive benefits package including PTO, holidays, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401(K) retirement plan.
