We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to lead our quantitative research and development efforts. As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining robust systems for data from DeFi protocols, blockchain networks, and various other sources. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and growth within our organization, collaborating with stakeholders, implementing quality control measures, and participating in code reviews.

A successful candidate should possess a strong background in quantitative research, experience with building backend systems, developing production-quality software in high-performance languages, and working with distributed data processing frameworks. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed team environment.

Technical Requirements

Salary Range
$170,000 - $220,000 annually, plus additional incentive-based compensation.
