Job Title: Application Sales Engineer

At Affinity Executive Search, we are seeking a highly skilled Application Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for working with customers to select, specify, and qualify products to meet their industry-specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their product requirements and provide technical support to ensure successful product implementation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Provide technical expertise to customers, including product training, demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, product roadmaps, and marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, such as chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, technical sales, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with SolidWorks and other CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of fluid system schematics, P&IDs, and other technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
