Requirements

  • Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures using various building materials.
  • Must demonstrate mastery in at least one construction discipline.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and manage transitions between construction phases.
  • Experience in performing diverse tasks and adapting to changing work demands under the guidance of a supervisor or skilled worker, while also directing apprentice carpenters and laborers as needed.
  • Practical problem-solving skills in standardized situations and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • This position involves physical demands such as heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and navigating scaffolding, with specifics discussed during the interview process.
