Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented People and Recruiting Coordinator to play a key role in shaping the future of our company's people operations. This position will be responsible for coordinating and executing the recruiting process, supporting various people operations processes, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Responsibilities
Work closely with the recruiting manager, hiring managers, and candidates to move the hiring process forward.
• Coordinate the entire candidate lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, maintaining job postings, and interviewing and assessing talent.
• Assist with administering various people processes such as employee recognition, freelance coordination, and onboarding new employees.
• Support the People, Talent, and Recruiting team's initiatives by maintaining accurate trackers and project plans.
• Build strong relationships with the PTR team, President & COO, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
• 2+ years of work experience in a Recruiting or People focused position, demonstrating grit and ability to rise.
• Genuine interest in the People function at a lean, entrepreneurial e-commerce company with an initiative to learn more about the field.
• Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; ability to perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience working in a small, fast-paced, and frequently changing environment, where you've overcome many obstacles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to positively represent a company brand.
• Track record of demonstrating maturity and professionalism.

What We Offer
• Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $75,000
