About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Live Nation Entertainment in New Orleans. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate industrial dishwashing machines to clean dishes, glasses, pots, and pans
  • Clean and maintain all trash bins and ensure proper rotation of dishes and storage bins
  • Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean and free of spills, food, and trash
  • Assist other employees as needed and perform all opening and closing duties
  • Comply with applicable Health Codes and maintain House of Blues safety and sanitation standards
Requirements
  • Availability in the evenings and late nights
  • Industrial dish washing machines knowledge and proper sanitation knowledge
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs.
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
