Position Overview:
The Staff Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Accountant in the application of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to financial documentation. This position involves preparing assigned reconciliations for review by the Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Conduct assigned reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with various departments to guarantee precise and timely recording of journal entries for designated general ledger accounts.
- Engage in month-end closing processes and demonstrate a strong understanding of reconciliation and necessary corrective entries.
- Utilize financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, to enhance reporting accuracy.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline.
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in private accounting.
- Proficient in interpreting and disseminating financial information to ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
